    Try the website Vivaladiva - I'm a 6ft woman with 43/9 feet which are very wide. You can just search on your size and see what they've got. By the way I am not afraid to wear heels - but wear them with confidence, don't try to hide in a crowd.

    I know there are many tall women, similar to you, don't wear heels and I didn't until around 5 years ago. It wasn't because I didn't want to, but more because I couldn't get them!     Plus,

    - it's easier for you to reach things that are pretty high up :)
    - tall people are more intimidating; less likely to have someone start a fight with you tbh.
    - more noticeable... different from most others / more unique
